Graham really worked with me before the sale by text. He answered many questions over two days. When I arrived, he worked with me, the manager and finance to make sure I was satisfied. And after the sale He answered many questions over two days. When I arrived, he worked with me, the manager and finance to make sure I was satisfied. And after the sale he was very helpful in making sure that I was able to charge the car (a Tesla) if needed on my way home and that I knew how to use both essential and fun features of the car! He even connected my Spotify account for me. He was great!!! It was worth the 3 hour drive from home. More

So, I bought a 2018 Ford F150 from this dealership on June 23rd. At first I was extremely happy with everything. But, since they o ly let you "test drive" their vehicles in a small radius, it's hard to p June 23rd. At first I was extremely happy with everything. But, since they o ly let you "test drive" their vehicles in a small radius, it's hard to pinpoint an issue. But I live an hour and 45 mins from the lot. On the way home I noticed the brakes didn't work "great". They had a lot of brake fade and seemed to take longer than normal to stop. When I got home I pulled everything apart and noticed that it had brand new pads and rotors. But, after pulling it all apart I noticed that the slider pins that allows the calipers to move properly were very stuck!! Upon further inspection, all for corner of the brakes were froze up!! I had to use vice grips and a 3lb sledge hammer to get the pins out of the truck. When I got to the drivers rear, one of the pins were bent and rusted so bad I almost didn't get it out. I had to replace all the pins on the rear. The pads on the drivers rear weren't even making even contact on the rotor. The top of one side, and bottom of the other was the o ny parts making contact. I replaced everything, including pads and rotors all the way around with a better quality, high performance set. I contected the dealership and sent them pictures. Jeep in mind it is illegal to sell a vehicle with a safety issue, and they refused to reimburse me for any parts and labor!! If ypu buy a used vehicle from them, make sure you have them pull everything apart and show you it's in proper working order!! Because they will not do anything for you afterwards. They'll tell you that you should have brought the vehicle back to their shadetree mechanics so they can pretend to do any work on it! I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from them, because they dr them up enough to sell!! I am contacting my lawyer to see what options I have at this point. I tried to get them to handle this and do the right thing, they chose not too. Now they may be paying for all my parts, labor, wasted time and lawyer fees!! Do not buy a used vehicle from them unless you take it to a 3rd party mechanic 1st and have it throughly looked over!! More
