Communication prior to arriving was very consistent. Once arriving the salesman was very adamant about putting me in a vehicle less than two years old with an active recall & recently replaced motor. Af Once arriving the salesman was very adamant about putting me in a vehicle less than two years old with an active recall & recently replaced motor. After test driving the car, we were nearly in an accident because the car was faulty & would accelerate. Every light on the dashboard came on during the test drive including the check engine light. I’d suggest having some compassion, patience, and dignity while working with customers & noting the customer’s preference in a vehicle, PRIOR to sending deals to the bank, since the customer will be the one in a contract with the bank. The manager was also very pushy & in cahoots with the salesman. The salesman finally admitted that the car was “waiting on a part” after it barely made it through the test drive. Upon leaving, before I could reverse my car the salesman was out on the lot assisting someone else. He didn’t attempt to obtain and retain a customer. Beware! More
