This is my third vehicle purchasing from this company, I have no issues with the salesman Robert Gaddy, and Brad Emerton from my previous vehicles purchased. The problem this time was the financing dept in have no issues with the salesman Robert Gaddy, and Brad Emerton from my previous vehicles purchased. The problem this time was the financing dept in particular Zach who always displays a nasty attitude. He’s extremely arrogant, and very passive aggressive. He was very judgmental and tried to belittle me because I’m assuming my credit was not perfect! And I wasn’t in agreement with the high down payment. The way he spoke to me is why I didn’t go through with the deal. I was always taught to treat the janitor the same way you treat the CEO. This guy is not professional enough to hold such an important role. He has lost his compassion and empathy for us hard working citizens. I was told I was approved for 2 different Audi vehicles that I was not in favor of. When I called the bank I was told the application submitted and accepted was for a 2023 Chrysler.That was bit confusing to say the least! The issue was that I felt the down payments were too high for a vehicle with that type of high mileage. While trying to negotiate with the salesman Robert who did everything he could to help. The problem was the attitude of the finance department representative Zach. His body language when I shared with him that a family member I referred to Music City Autoplex had several issues with their Audi he shrugged his shoulders and said and. He wanted to make it loud and clear he didn’t care! The nerve of this guy if Zach is in I advise you to leave. I’m not spending a dollar with any company he represents. Respect and compassion goes a long way even if you can’t work out a deal don’t purposely try to insult your customers. If you keep treating people bad who will come and buy your vehicles? I’m a returning customer that’ll never come back only because of the mean guy Zach with a chip on his shoulder towards customers! More

Would not recommend doing business with this company. My wife and I were interested in trading our car. Before we did a credit check we wanted to get a trade in value. The woman we spoke to told us a price that we were happy with. After pulling our credit we were told another price which was $6,000 lower. For us that would not work. I can only imagine how screwed we would get if we went through with the purchase. Don’t waste your time here. More
