Had routine oil change for my 2019 Avalon Hybrid, got half way home and noticed 0w20 weight oil was used. Toyota recommends that 0w16 oil be used exclusively and that 0w20 may be used only temporarily. M half way home and noticed 0w20 weight oil was used. My issue with the service department was nothing was said to me before or after the oil change that they used 0w20. If you have oil changes done at this dealer that requires 0w16 weight oil for your car, make sure you ask ahead of time. More

Right from the beginning, Byrd & Olivia greeted me warmly and directed me where to go. Jordan kept checking as to the progress of my vehicle. I found two spots that concerned me and Anthony went and got his buffer and some polish and took care of those two spots. A very pleasurable experience. While I waited the coffee and popcorn were enjoyed. My Auto runs a very good dealership. Best experience I’ve ever had. More
