I went in for the October oil change special. Nothing in the email states restrictions. So when paying I was told how much it was and I thought well that seems a bit low for semi synthetic. It’s been a while so I just paid and went on my way. When I got home I looked at the receipt only to find they used regular oil and not the semi synthetic. They never told me they did this. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with My Auto Service Dept. A while back they put semi synthetic in and never asked to switch from regular oil. I did go back and they made it right so I’ve kept using semi synthetic. But now to have them change the oil back to regular after using semi synthetic for the last three oil changes and without telling me. And it even stated on the receipt perform with semi synthetic oil. Someone isn’t doing their job. Not sure I’ll be going back. More
