Overall great experience. Joseph was wonderful to work with and =we love our new vehicle. The financial piece often gets a bit more sticky. I did not like that the first quote had $4,000 down and this w with and =we love our new vehicle. The financial piece often gets a bit more sticky. I did not like that the first quote had $4,000 down and this wasn't specifically stated. I thought the price was without cash down, by fault I didn't think that through carefully enough, but we had never talked about that amount down. I would have worked a bit more to get the overall price down. (Thought I had). Greg from finance seemed unhappy and a bit snappy when we declined the extended warranty and a couple of others. I do not appreciate not feeling respected for my choices. More
