There were promises made by sales which were conveniently forgotten. I reserved a rental a month in advance, only to be told there wasn’t one available when I came for service, then was asked to wait. Frust forgotten. We were in the middle of a SECOND new vehicle purchase and the sales manager interrupted our salesperson and pulled her away to address a walk-in who had no appointment.
