We were impressed with all the pleasant staff at your Toyota dealership. The oil change was quick and the popcorn was delicious. Everyone enjoyed our dog, too. Alex was well informed about Hybrids. When deliveries get more normal after the pandemic, we plan to turn in our two RAV4 hybrids for a hybrid Highlander and we will go to Alex! The Highlander will make it easier to go to and from Florida and Ludington for these snowbirds. The Toyota hybrids cannot be beat! More

My 86 year old father had a recall. Come to find he basically needed a new vehicle. Taylor from service and Roy from sales as well as the sales manager Dan made it happen! They were kind and considera basically needed a new vehicle. Taylor from service and Roy from sales as well as the sales manager Dan made it happen! They were kind and considerate. I never felt pressured. Roy followed me through the entire process and continued to call even after the sale was final to insure all was well with Dad. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roy or Taylor. They got it done. More
