The front end of the transaction was good, but I was very disappointed after I was told the car was detailed. Top notch sales staff who were very courteous and great with Customer Service. Roy and Kai followed up daily via phone or email. The Finance Manager, Bill, is very knowledgeable about out-of-state auto purchasing, and also very courteous. The only negative is the MI state temp license plate was not affixed to the back of my car. and I've had numerous obstacles in getting the car inspected, then to the OH title office, so that I can then get my registration. Thus, the 4 star overall rating for the dealership as there is much needed room for improvement there. I'm too old at 65 to crawl back deep into the rear window to place it, and I don't know how I would be able to remove it with the sticky adhesive. I would not let this, however, stop anyone from buying a vehicle from My Auto Import Center. This is one of the best automotive dealerships I've ever purchased from. Just make certain you request the temp. license plate be affixed properly per your request, so you don't experience the same hassles! I still haven't even been able to get the inspection done as of today. 07/03/2026. More

Because of the trust and confidence they’ve earned, we plan to use My Auto Import Center for all future servicing of our Audi as well.
