The indicator light suggested I had a soft tire.. It appeared to be driven safely which I did to return to Muskegon, Beth at My Import was extremely helpful. She said no techs were available but found someone who could check the tire. It did, in fact, have a small nail which was removed and the leak was plugged. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. How was that for service? More

I was disappointed in the number of times I complained about a vibration from the rear end. The service technicians said it was the tires but, rotating the tires didn’t change the location of the vibratio about a vibration from the rear end. Subaru offered to pay 50% of the cost of replacing them but after 20,000 miles I felt that they shouldn’t need replacement, especially since the problem had existed for several thousand miles. This was the third, and last, Outback we purchased new. More

Service personnel were fine, but the car with the rattle in the roof area and a window that doesn1't always stay rolled up are a problem. Subaru could not fix the problems.
