Too busy to help, non responsive to service request My Prius, which I purchased at My Auto Import Center, needed immediate service due to check maintenance light turning on. I stopped by to speak with someone in the service department and they told me about a minimum service charge of 75 dollars just to pull my car into the garage. I told them I'd get back to them. Later that day, after they closed, I logged onto their website with a service request. I received an instant response saying someone would call first thing the next day. Nobody called. I logged onto the website later that day saying nobody had responded to my request for service. Once again, nobody responded. Two days later I went to a competing dealer and had my car serviced to my satisfaction and without a charge to pull it into the garage. I will never return to My Auto Import Center. More

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had been thinking about buying a car for about 3.5 years. I couldn’t get past the anxiety of actually going in and purchasing the vehicle.
