Ski: Good morning Doctor Mickala, my Passat is in need of a check up. Mickala: What are the symptoms and when can you bring it in? This is how every call starts when I call in to Mickala. Appointments are made and when I bring my vehicle in the cost and the approximate time is given for the repair. She asks if I need a loaner vehicle or a ride somewhere. Mickala checks my vehicle history and informs me of any additional service needed. She keeps me informed on the status of the repair and when the work is completed. This is excellent customer service!! More

Excellent customer servce! Rob Gould went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer as did Charlie, the sales manager! I bought a 2016 Kia Soul+. There was some cosmetic Rob Gould went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer as did Charlie, the sales manager! I bought a 2016 Kia Soul+. There was some cosmetic damage that I didn't become aware of until getting the car home due to snow coverage on some areas. Granted, it is a used car, but new to me. The gentlemen worked together along with their paint guy to repair the damage to my complete satisfaction, I couldn't ask for more! More
