Good overall experience buying used Subaru Roy was my salesman and he had driven the car for the past three weeks, so he was very knowledgeable about the car which helped in the process. He was nice and would research answers to the questions I had if he didn't know the answer on the spot. Once I decided I wanted the car it was a fairly quick, streamlined process. Only downside was the car was a certified pre-owned and was delivered without a passenger floor mat. It appears My Auto will try to get me another floor mat but I thought they could have gone a little further and ordered one and had it delivered to me. More
