We just love Andre, they just don't get any nicer, friendlier, or more knowledgeable then he is. He is all these things without being pushy or aggressive. Andre was very attentive to what our needs were and he and Dave found us the vehicle in the color and options that we wanted. He went above and beyond to get us the best price for our new RAV4. At delivery, he was awesome at showing me all the new-fangled interior gadgets, and even set up my Bluetooth for my cell phone! That was especially important to me. This is our third vehicle to purchase from My Auto, but our first experience with Andre. I have told others looking for a car to go to My Auto. It has the most comfortable atmosphere, especially if you're waiting for an oil change. A variety of magazines to read, or computers/iPads to surf the net. The little snacks, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, bottled water and fountain soda is really nice, too. I also want to add that over the past 5 or 6 years, we have had service done to five different vehicles at My Auto, from oil changes to routine maintenance to purchasing new tires. Mark and his crew are great to deal with. We've been to other dealerships for these same issues, and My Auto has been the best for *everything* from sales to service. We'll definitely be back. We strolled into the dealership on a miserable, snowy, Saturday afternoon to just "see" what was available and prices. If things went right this would be our third purchase from My Auto Import Center in M Saturday afternoon to just "see" what was available and prices. If things went right this would be our third purchase from My Auto Import Center in Muskegon, MI but we were open to other dealerships as well. Up strolled Andree Coffee offering to help us out. He was knowledgeable about his products, very personable, and eager to help us out. We gave him a budget to work with and he stuck right with it. The knowledge he had concerning the different makes of cars was commendable. He was able to immediately pinpoint what options we could afford with each make of car and stay within our budget. We sat down with him and he priced out three different vehicles then broke the three down by options and versions. He hit the nail on the head when it came right down to it. We leased a beautiful car in exactly the color we wanted. Could not have gone any smother than that. Driving home after sealing the deal, my husband and I both commented on how easy Andree had made things and that we would certainly seek him out in three years when we are ready to lease another vehicle. When I had a possible problem with my car (oil light flickered on) on the same day I had to travel for a family crisis, the service department was wonderful about putting me at the front of the line and taking care of my car right away so I felt secure to travel. We will definitely be buying another Subaru (our cars made it through this awful winter with no problem whatsoever) when our Forester dies, and we look forward to working with Andre again. More
