I appreciate the service consultants. They do a great job. this is not the right time to ask me about the dealership's service department. Yesterday my wife had to pay for a part prior They do a great job. this is not the right time to ask me about the dealership's service department. Yesterday my wife had to pay for a part prior to the service. This is unheard of. I've been driving for 43 years and NEVER have I been asked to pay for a part for the dealership. Secondly and again no fault of the folks behind the counter, I've been without my vehicle since March 31st. Probably not even the dealership's fault however the dealership is my point of contact. My family has been extremely happy and satisfied with My Auto Import as a business for years. Brandon Baty is an awesome young man and a great salesman! He's not pushy, he's patient, and treats us with great respect! He's our new go to guy right next to Alex Wiedenhoeft, his immediate boss, and Eric the business manager! We will always recommend this dealership and these great people! Within our family and at the dealership's owner's Hot Rod Harley shop, we've purchased seven vehicles and two motorcycles.
