Extremely long wait. It took two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I asked what had changed since my previous visit, which was my first as well. If that’s the case, then the appointments should have been scheduled accordingly. If you know you have limited staff, you can’t schedule as if it were a normal day. More

The communication regarding the 2 recalls I needed done was challenging. Getting people To call me back, not acceptable. Then, while there, a CS person came to tell me I needed new rear breaks and they w was challenging. Getting people To call me back, not acceptable. I took my car to my trusted car serviceperson and he said the brakes were fine and not in need of replacement. Not to mention when I called for this appointment, he verbally quoted 1/2 the price. I went in for an oil change and diagnosis of apparent suspension noise. The oil change and adblue fill was performed. The service person called me and told me I need both front cv axles replaced for a co suspension noise. The oil change and adblue fill was performed. The service person called me and told me I need both front cv axles replaced for a cost of $5549, which I politely declined over the phone. When I picked up the paperwork and car (after hours), the notes from the tech stated we don’t know what’s making the noise, and we recommend continued diagnosis but first replace the left front cv axle. I took it to another shop two days later and it took them less than 1/2 hour to identify and remedy the noise as loose subframe bolts. They charged me $51 (Burke Foreign Auto). You should be able to figure out why I’m not satisfied and why I will never return to this dealer except to buy parts. Cheers! More
