I pulled into this dealership to look at a vehicle with my daughter and got a nail in my tire. Service took us in to fix. They definitely did a good job, however, didn’t call us for two weeks to let us know there was a hose they were waiting on. After they got the hose they said we could pick it up, but come to find out they for two weeks to let us know there was a hose they were waiting on. After they got the hose they said we could pick it up, but come to find out they didn’t put back the cabin air filter stuff and was told possible check engine if we took it so we just paid. Next day it was dropped off and the low coolant warning light came back on so we had to call again. The saving grace is Tracy in parts and the mechanics doing the work that can’t control parts or communication. More
