No pressure, excellent service When we got there, Larry Dalton approached us in the parking lot and asked what we were looking for. Once we explained, he showed us all eligible SUVs (Cadillac XT 5 and XT 4) models that the dealership had. He then narrowed down our choices based on our personal preferences. Took us for a test drive for both and left us alone to make a decision. We appreciated the fact that he did not try the "hard sell" approach since we knew what we were looking for, just needed to narrow down the search. He was professional and knowledgeable about the options available to us. We would highly recommend him. More
