I was able to take a lengthy test drive, and I was given the opportunity to take the car home for two days before purchasing it. I did not feel pressured to buy at anytime. Darrell Gibson was an awesome sales consultant, he listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. I had to call him during my two day trial with car, to assist me with some of the function over the phone. He knew exactly what he was doing and guided me though it quickly. Fantastic customer service I was afraid to buy a car because i didn't want to be pressured into something I didn't want or need. I walked into the dealership and was immediately I was afraid to buy a car because i didn't want to be pressured into something I didn't want or need. I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted. I was made to feel very comfortable and everyone I encountered said "hello, can I get you something to drink?" I was not pressured to buy a car. We spoke about options and what I was looking for. Once we drilled down what my options and price range was, they asked me if I wanted to proceed. They walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood the purchase. There was nothing hidden and I didn't feel any remorse about the purchase. My salesman, Steve Ryan, was personable, friendly and made me feel comfortable. He handled everything from start to finish and spent time to teach me the features of my new vehicle. The owner, Louie, sat down with us and personally thanked us for coming in. We spoke quite a long time. The finance manager, Tony Madden, explained everything to me and got me better options. He explained long term options for my purchase. Again, I didn' feel nervous and hebfully explained every document signed. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who asks me. I cannot praise them enough!! And, yes, I am very happy with my purchase and looking forward to getting to know the service department! More
