"Ultimate Camaro 😈"

Just purchased a 2018 Zl1 from Myrtle Beach Chevrolet. It could not have been a better buying experience; my salesman, Ryan Rodriguez, worked with me to get a top dollar number for my trade-in and an excellent price for the car I bought. The entire process only took a few hours; really a pleasure working with Ryan, his Dad and his brother Paul. BTW, the test drive with Ryan was well worth it, he gave me some well needed tips for handling the Zl1.

"I was on vacation in Surfside, Myrtle Beach for a wedding. "

We contacted service department, control panel indicators lights came on indicating a major issue. Now here we are visiting from the state of Florida and didn't expect the excellent service we got on that issue with the help of Becki we were completely happy with her interaction with us to notifying us about what the problem was and what was needed. We arrived in Surfside, Myrtle Beach on Sunday morning and this issue happened Sunday afternoon. Once we contacted Becki on Monday morning at 7:30 am she told me to bring the car in immediately so I had the car towed. Once she received the vehicle and the mechanics check the issue she got back to me and informed me what the issue was and what was needed and prices. My vehicle was still under warranty and a extended warranty. She was amazing in dealing with warranty companies and got all things that were covered under the warranty taken care of and to our surprise I didn't spend as much. So I picked up my car and everything running great... Only two day's later my I had to call her back with another issue that occurred. My driver side and passenger side window regulator went out so my window wouldn't go in any direction. Now this happened on the day of my friends wedding like 2 hours before the wedding on the beach. I made the second call to Becki a little stressed and she told me just bring the car in and go enjoy the wedding and I'll let you know what's going on. She had my warranty company on one line talking to them and a Hertz car rental on another phone line. Thanks to her help I was able to make to the wedding on time and I greatly appreciate everything Becki and the techs for having my car done at time that I was told...

"Replacement of a run flat tire"

Christina handled the service work and Sarah provided the complimentary ride from my home to the dealer after the tire was replaced. Both were very professional and did a great job. My only complaint is about the run flat tires on my car - a 2017 Cadillac CTS. This has nothing to do with the dealer but I would like GM to reconsider this move. The tire is expensive, it can't be fixed 95% of the time and if you are away from home on a long distance trip you will have a major delay in getting back on the road.

"VERY EXPENSIVE - ask around before you go to them."

they told me i needed a new water pump and Kim told me it would cost me $650-$700 and the part it self would cost $350 i asked around and every other place told me the part actually cost $160 and i got it all done for less than $400 and i also realized i was over charged for a thermostat. i could have gotten it done for $150 less. If you want to save money please go ask around before you go to them. Also most places will check your car for free. Chevy wants $135

Went in for my oil change and tire rotation. Got fast and thorough service. My appointment was 8:30. I was out of there by 9:15. My service advisor provided me appropriate discounts and kept the final price as low as possible. "Great Customer Service\sales"

These guys\gals were great. I had a recall on my vehicle and they gave me a loaner for the inconvenience and also called me a couple of times to keep me posted on what's going on. They made this very easy for me. I've been in sales for more than 15 years and I can appreciate the sales department calling me also to try to get me to upgrade my vehicle. I will bring my vehicle there for everything even oil changes. Great team work!

"Terrible customer service, unorganized, unprofessional"

Warranty service. Technicians unable to determine any problem low mileage vehicle with transmission and AC problems however they state nothing is wrong. I was advised on a prior service that we had one free oil change left on our warranty service but was assured it would not be an issue if it was a couple months past due to keeping low miles on the vehicle. The service tech states she spoke with the service manager-Jesse ( whom I've never met or seen) and he said if I had purchased the vehicle from him originally they would have done it but since I'm a transplant and the car was purchased elsewhere it would not be covered. Just to be clear: there is a sign flashing on the tv stating that they promise to address all your concerns. I was advised the by the service technician to tell Jesse he just made up my mind where I'm not buying my next vehicle. Very disappointed in service managers lack of customer service, and how he didn't even have the professionalism to come speak to me. All third party. Also it took over 40 minutes to get my car back because they had lost the paperwork and keys and the. Found it however never entered any notes. The simple things to keep loyal Chevrolet owners happy are not happening here. UPDATE: The Manager Jesse contacted me directly and apologized for my concern and made good on the dealers word. Thank you So I have changed my one star review to 4, obviously not 5 for reasons that are aforementioned

With all due respect had Jesse McKnight been concerned with my issue he would have spoke to me about it yesterday. There is no sense talking now, he never even took a minute out of his day to speak with me, Everything was through third party. He must have been too busy to talk to a customer that was there over 40 minutes. I just know if your dealership wanted to retain loyal Chevrolet customers, he would have addressed my concern and made good on what other associates said would not be an issue at an earlier visit. I will be taking my business elsewhere and spreading the word about my experience.
