Be careful if you buy a used car from this dealership! I bought a Jeep Compass from this dealership. I was assured that their used vehicles go through a 178 point inspection because they don’t want any bad I bought a Jeep Compass from this dealership. I was assured that their used vehicles go through a 178 point inspection because they don’t want any bad reviews. Took the car to a mechanic afterwards and they told me that the struts need to be replaced, which costs $1000. As any person would be I was angry, just bought an expensive car and now I have to pay $1000 on top of that??? Went to the dealership, talked to a guy named Mike, he told me he will talk to the mechanic who inspected the car and call me the next day. Got the call the next day and all he said was that they are not responsible for the cost and won’t help. Said we agreed to purchase the vehicle as is even though we said we want a reliable car that doesn’t need to be fixed within the first few months and got a limited warranty for certain parts. So all he did was not help me at all, blew me off and probably didn’t even talk to the mechanic. Worst experience ever! If you care to be treated like a decent human being, go somewhere else! More
