He realized my reluctance to sell my own car and gave me many opportunities to make sure I wanted to go forward with the sale as presented in the final stages of negotiation. As soon as I gave the okay and we agreed on the amount of the purchase, including my own car, he realized he needed to move the car away from the window where we were sitting, noting my sentimental reaction and realization of what I was experiencing. He really seemed in tune to my emotional attachment to my car, as many other salemen, and clients outside gravitated to my trade in car with smiles and grins--something I really loved about that little sports convertible. In other words, he treated this sale as a personal and compationate representative of the dealership, not just another commission to bank. For that reason, the personal and understanding component of Mr. Darrell Gibson, I rank this car purchase as the best in my forty years of buying cars. When our current lease expires on our second vehicle, I will definately consider Myrtle Beach Chevrolet/Cadillac for options. More

I wanted to purchase a vehicle vs. leasing but the payment would have been out of my budget. I did not want to re-lease another vehicle, but for the type of vehicle I wanted leasing was my best option. Hoping in the future I can purchase a vehicle but for now I am very happy with the new vehicle. More

It was supposed to be a simple fix, but would need to leave for a little while for the "glue" to dry. I dropped it off according to my appointment time, waited 5.5 hrs to call and they had NOT begun the work! When I dropped it off, I informed them that I needed it back in a quick manner as I was going out of town. I was not informed at any time about "another car in front of mine" until I called 5.5 hrs later. Needless to say, I did NOT get my car fixed and got a lot of "I am sorry"!!...that doesn't fix my car or my situation! Never take your car in for body work!!!!!! More
