NO vultures hanging out in the lot like your typical auto dealership! Went in looking for a truck that we saw on the Web site that looked good. Late afternoon wa hanging out in the lot like your typical auto dealership! Went in looking for a truck that we saw on the Web site that looked good. Late afternoon wandering around a lot filled with nice units. Found the truck and a salesperson at the same time, Brad Thurman. Drove the truck and liked it. Brad told us about another truck, White, that he would like us to see, but it was getting dark. Long story short, came back the next day, White truck was waiting out front and wife & I fell in love with it during the test drive. Brad had a deal worked out wen we got back, our trade in was appraised and more than we had expected and the deal the dealer was giving us was to good to pas up. You can get good deals most places in this day and age, but what my wife and I really liked was Brad and the dealership. All I can say is GREAT job to Brad Thurman, made us feel welcome as people, not customers, and the dealership Thankx and I can't wait to spend some time in my new Silverado today and in the future. I am so gullible and naive, my bad On a recent trip to Myrtle Beach SC my new Cadillac CTS needed an oil change. I made an appointment at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac for service. On a recent trip to Myrtle Beach SC my new Cadillac CTS needed an oil change. I made an appointment at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet Cadillac for service. Upon returning back to our resort my husband noticed some body damage at the top of the passenger side fender. We called the dealership and returned there the very next morning for them to assess the damage. We saw the manager of the dealership and the manager of the body shop, they thought it highly unlikely that the damage was done there, but gave us an estimate between four and five hundred dollars and said they would pay to have it fixed when we returned to our own dealership. Our dealership could not fix it for that amount due to the special nature of the paint (Diamond Glaze) and the fact that to fix it properly they needed to blend in the areas around the paint. After 2 weeks of haggling back and forth they withdrew their offer to pay anything because I had to get Cadillac customer care involved as a mediator between the two dealerships. I don't live in Myrtle Beach so I can't continue this any further. To say that my belief in customer satisfaction and honesty has been shaken to the core is putting it mildly. My recommendation to future customers is don't be gullible and naïve, get everything from this dealership in writing. More
