Service Department I purchased a 2006 Cadillac xxx in 2012. Wouldn't say the car was a total lemon (sorry sales department!) but it has had periodic maintenance issues; I purchased a 2006 Cadillac xxx in 2012. Wouldn't say the car was a total lemon (sorry sales department!) but it has had periodic maintenance issues; however the service department has responded to keep the car functioning. Throughout the two years of chaos, I would like to credit mechanic Keith for taking the time to service the car. From totally rebuilding the engine to a recent front axle replacement, Keith has made it happen. Would also like to comment that I have enjoyed conversations with Chris over the past years and the assistance that Tom recently provided. I would definitely recommend the service department, God forbid you had to get work done on your vehicle. Thanks and keep up the good work, Rich Trisler More
