Took my 2017 Kia Sportage with less than 60,000 MI in because it has an engine oil issue the car uses a quart of oil every thousand miles when I spoke to the service department they told me this is norma because it has an engine oil issue the car uses a quart of oil every thousand miles when I spoke to the service department they told me this is normal I've never had a car use a quart of oil every thousand miles when I tried to speak to the service manager he ignored me until they wanted me to move my car he also basically told me that there's nothing they can do for me I've taken my car there ever since I've bought it and had all the oil changes and services done they're willing to take your money but when you need their help they're not willing to do anything for you would not recommend this dealer to anyone More

He was very knowledgeable about each model, quickly answered questions and made the overall experience very pleasant. I've always had great customer service with the team from Myrtle Beach Kia. Keith was the latest member of the sales team to help me. Keith took the time to help me resolve my issue with the clock on my Kia Myrtle Beach Kia. Keith was the latest member of the sales team to help me. Keith took the time to help me resolve my issue with the clock on my Kia Niro. The clock kept resetting the time every time I charged the Niro. Keith just had me check daylight savings time on the setting page. I was checking another box as well. We then went and charged my Niro. After the charge the clock stayed set! Great job Keith! More
