From the moment i searched on the dealership website, I received a very fast courteous response from Salesman Mike Bazinet. He stayed im contact with me and answered ALL my questions thoroughly before I even came in. Even though I had to reschedule my appt to come in 3 times...he didnt mind, and was always available. My husband was in an total loss accident with our 2015 Kia Optima and we've been extremely stressed in general, but he calmly put us at ease about all our different options re leasing vs. buying and spent a lot of personalized time with us, without being a "pushy" salesman. I ended up leasing (for the first time) a brand new Kia Optima and I feel very good about all the reasons that leasing-with possible option to buy-is the best route to go..at least for now. He never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable and I felt confident that he was very knowledgeable. He even allowed me to come back at my convenience to do a "tutorial" on all the high tech options and buttons this car has..I left feeling way more confident in using all the computer technology..since I'm not very technical! I would recommend Mike Bazinet and the entire staff at Kia in Myrtle Beach to anyone who enjoys a friendly, knowledgable, personalized experience!
