Rip off artist Watch a friend make a deal on vehicle. After some haggling a price was finally agreed upon and a contract signed. We went to the bank and got a cashie Watch a friend make a deal on vehicle. After some haggling a price was finally agreed upon and a contract signed. We went to the bank and got a cashiers check for the amount agreed upon and when we returned the price had change. The two sales managers now claimed that the "ttt" after the agreed upon price did not mean tax title tags, but plus plus plus as they tried to add an additional $400 processing fee. It was such a joke watching them lie to squeeze a few more bucks out of them. The deal was for $40,000 cash deal out the door minus tax, tags, and title fees. Of course the manager spoke with them on the phone while they were at the bank earlier and explained that the taxes were more than anticipated trying to raise the price so my friend told them since its an out of state purchase he would just pay the taxes himself when he purchased his tags in his state. He quoted about $600 more than the actual taxes in his state. So now since we advised we would pay these fees we only had to pay the $40,000 plus a temporary tag fee at the dealership. This is when the created the new service fee. They must really think people are so stupid not to see what they were doing. They assumed that since they liked the car so much that they would have paid the extra fees, they probably would have but the attitude of the managers and the lies caused them to just walk out. Never saw a car dealership to turn down cash sales... I'll never be back or recommend them to a friend again. More
