Despite the fact that Austin is young, he was one of the most personable and professional dealers that we worked with all day. He did not waste our time whatsoever and gave us a very fair deal quickly. I got my first car in Myrtle Beach from Austin's dad Doc and was truly impressed with his honestly, professionalism, and ability to build a relationship quickly. Austin has all those same qualities and again, at a very young age. Ultimately, I did not purchase a car because the price did not fit my budget, but I would definitely go back to Kia and work with them in the future. More

Among these were both your Chrysler Jeep and Kia stores. While at the Kia dealership, we had the extreme pleasure to meet and work with Austin Ingle, one of your sales representatives. The experience we had with Austin was by far, the best we have been a part of when seeking to purchase a new automobile. Having made auto purchases in the past, we are accustomed to the environment and various styles of the sales representatives. As educated consumers, having done an extensive amount of research, we knew aspects we were looking for, the value of our trade in, and our budgetary limits. In Austin, we found a representative unlike any other. He provided a stress-free experience; proving to be knowledgeable and communicating the benefits of both the automobile and the services available with the Kia store. During our first visit to the dealership, we were able to test drive and learn about the vehicle, the dealership, and the values you look for in the relationship with customers. Upon visiting Kia for a second time, we were faced with a significant amount of rain during the test drive. Austin went out of his way to provide umbrellas as well as bring the vehicle into the service bay so that we were able to look at it out of the inclement weather. While ultimately deciding to purchase the Jeep Cherokee, it was a difficult decision. The experience at both dealerships could not have been at more opposite ends of the spectrum. At 19 years of age, Austin presented himself with professionalism, knowledge, and extreme care and concern for the customer. As we learned, he comes from a family that has been in car sales and it is apparent that he is not only mature, but focused on his future and clearly a rising star. Therefore, we felt it necessary to share our sincere gratitude for the sales support and service we experienced. Inspection????? Really????? This is a letter that I wrote to the Service Manager at Kia Myrtle Beach. I thought I would share it to help save people the trouble. Jim, I am r This is a letter that I wrote to the Service Manager at Kia Myrtle Beach. I thought I would share it to help save people the trouble. Jim, I am reaching out to with regards to some issues I had with your Service Department. Last Thursday, July 5th, I brought my vehicle in for the 60K mile inspection and paid $471 for it. I was told that everything was in good shape except for my rear tires which I am aware of. I drive for Uber part time and today, July 9, I brought it for inspection to Meineke, Uber’s accredited company. After thoroughly looking at my vehicle, I was told by their technician that my front brakes measured at 2 mm but your Kia service personnel measured it at 6mm. Also, per your personnel, the front tire treads are at 5 but was told otherwise that it was at 2. Needless to say, I did not pass Uber inspection. I purposely brought my car in to your establishment so that everything would be in order when I went for my Uber inspection. Because I did not pass, I'm beginning to reassess the ability, reliability and truthfulness of your service department to actually do the job. It seems that Meineke does a better job at doing inspections. After all, Uber trusts them. How can the assessments be so far off? I have been taking my car to your establishment since I moved to MB 3 years ago but in this instance, I feel like I wasted my time and money. I would appreciate some feedback soonest. H. Hinkle More
