When I first called Lou in March 2018, Kia was my 4th brand choice and the Sorento was not a model I had considered. By June, Lou had changed my mind. I admire and appreciate his patience, brand knowledge, personableness, and low-key sales determination - a winning combination. I hope hope my Sorento lives up to my expectations for it as well.
