Top Notch Buying Experience We had been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle to replace our 2013 Kia Optima even though it has provided excellent service and reliability. Upon arrival at MB Kia, we were greeted by Lou Gallitto who let us test drive three vehicles. He was very knowledgeable of each vehicle's features. Based on the test drives and the features of the vehicles, our favorite was a 2016 Kia Sorento SXL. However, we were still undecided as to whether we really wanted to purchase this vehicle. We were allowed to take the vehicle home overnight for further evaluation and consideration. We decided if we could get a great deal we would purchase the 2016 Certified Preowned Kia Sorento. Upon return to the dealership the next day we received a great deal without any pressure. We are senior citizens and this was the best car buying experience of all time. The vehicle I wanted to buy had just been received and had not been checked out. I thought the price of the sales offer was reasonable....I am never comfortable about how I came out on the price of any vehicle I have ever purchased.
