While we waited for the services to be performed, we decided to look at the 2018 Sorento. We were greeted by Lou Gallitto, Certified Specialist. He asked all of the right questions, provided us with several options and took us for a test drive. The 2018 Sorento SX is an easy to drive vehicle with many fantastic upgrades. So... what started out as a simple oil change, turned into a new car purchase! We were delighted with the deal we received- thank you Sales Manager - Matt Bazinet - and it was easy! I highly recommend Kia vehicles and would recommend Myrtle Beach Kia when purchasing your next car. More
My experience at Myrtle Beach Kia. I had been searching for the perfect car for me and that took gong to many car dealerships. I was about to give up for the day and decided to drive into Myrtle Beach Kia. I then met Daniel Tarinelli, salesperson at Kia. He introduced himself and then started asking what kind of car I was interested in. I didn't really know since I had been driving the same car for 12 years. He started taking me around to some of his new and used cars. We started narrowing it down and I had also shared with him the cars that I had recently seen and interested in. I didn't want to make a decision that day so I left. As I as leaving, I saw in my review mirror that someone was running after my car but thought it was someone running after someone else. It was the General Manager that was trying to catch me because he had just received a car by trade-in that he thought was just what I was looking for, and he was right. Daniel started texting me right away to see if I could come back but I had already been by the grocery store and needed to get home. He texted me pictures of the car and it was perfect. We made arrangements to meet the next morning. Daniel knew this was the right car for me. At other dealerships, before I could hardly get out of my car, the salesmen were wanting my information (signing in, giving them a copy of my driver's license, my Social Security number, my email address, home address, which got me frustrated because they really didn't need all that information before I even look around to see if I was interested in any of their cars. Daniel was not a pushy salesman, he was more interested in finding the right fit for me. Through the trade-in process, I also met with Dan McColl, General Manager and Zach in finance. Both were so very helpful in my car buying experience. So, if your interested in buying a car, go see Daniel Tarinelli. You won't be disappointed. More

Painless Experience My wife and I and our next door neighbors were referred to Wes Landreth at Myrtle Beach Kia by another good friend who had just purchased an SX Turbo My wife and I and our next door neighbors were referred to Wes Landreth at Myrtle Beach Kia by another good friend who had just purchased an SX Turbo from Wes. The four of us went to see Wes together. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about all Kia products, a great salesman, and funny. Our meeting resulted in us purchasing two SX Turbo's. It didn't just feel like we were buying a new car, it felt like we were buying a company. Sales and Management at this company are way above any other car dealership I have dealt with. They are very honorable and honor their commitments. Dan McColl the General Manager honored a request I made that was out of the ordinary based on a email he sent me. Both cars were not in inventory and had to be located, Wes followed up with me when they located the cars and gave me a delivery time and date that I requested, and honored it. Truly a great company to deal with. Aside from the dealership the SX Turbo is an extraordinary car and priced much better than other cars in it's class. I highly recommend the SX Turbo and Myrtle Beach Kia. The next car I buy from Wes will be the Stinger, when we decide to trade my wife's BMW Ci Convertible. More

Scott Raffensberger was able to get the payments where I needed them & did great explaing warranty & gap insurance. After the sale, Errick gave me great pointers & tips about the car I bought! The Kia Sorento offers amazing features back up camera, Apple play, and declinable back seats the upgrade was worth it! The staff are simply the best, their customer service is exceptional, which is why I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles with them for many years to come.
