Satisfied customer, great people to deal with. This is my first KIA vehicle although I've considered them in the past. My youngest son is now driving and we just needed to shuffle the deck a bit f This is my first KIA vehicle although I've considered them in the past. My youngest son is now driving and we just needed to shuffle the deck a bit for practical reasons. After much research the Sportage SX checked the most boxes of what I wanted and I like driving something sporty and a bit different. Being that my wife would be the primary driver for the first year or so of owning this new KIA I told her to go take a look and drive one. She saw they had a couple of Sportage SX models online and called to confirm, speaking with Errick Hayes. I believe the next day she went and looked at the Sportage inside and out, colors, etc., while Errick tactfully explained features and expertly answered questions. She drove an SX model and liked it quite well. She was very impressed with Errick overall and how comfortable he made her the whole time showing her the vehicle - no pushiness, no grilling questions. I called Errick soon after my wife and I discussed her experience and exterior/interior color preferences and set a time to go look and drive a SX model myself. Expectations being exceeded, I did a little "homework" and contacted Errick with a price I was willing to pay for a new model they had just gotten in that was the exact colors and equipped like we wanted. The next day we had a done deal including a very fair price for an expensive trade-in. Errick is a super friendly, honest, very knowledgeable & SINCERE person. I have dealt with many people in my lifetime buying vehicles of all types for personal and business use but none better. I would not hesitate to refer friends or family to him and Myrtle Beach KIA. Dan McColl and Zack McKeown also helped close my deal (final numbers and paperwork). They were also extremely courteous and professional. NO games, NO BS.
