I have researched different options and looked for awhile before I decided to proceed. I understand the dealers job is to sell, but I can say this: the more I am pushed to get something, the bigger chance I’d walk away. Wes has provided great service and was very understanding the first time we met. He has not pushed for anything or if he did it did not feel like it. It was very nice to have his moral support, understanding and patience when we returned to purchase the vihecle as well. Also I’d like to point out that besides being friendly he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about a hybrid that I knew not much about. With this being said he has also provided great peace of mind by making sure I was comfortable driving a car before I left the dealership. It was truly one of a kind greatest experience I had 😁the whole gram was very friendly and helpful as well. Thank you More

Our initial contact with Joe Claudio was warm and genuine. Joe spent time with us, thoroughly explained the workings of the Sorrento, made suggestions of purchasing and did not pressure. I made a point to him that I am turned off when pressured by a sales consultant. I was a sales consultant for 50 years. Joes follow up was impeccable without pressure. When my wife and I returned to dealership to purchase a vehicle Joe was unable to be there. He suggested that we should meet with Eric Hayes. Eric, unselfishly spent several hours with us to answer questions, an additional test drive and finalizing the deal. We spent approximately 4 hours at the dealership to accomplish this. The management team, Joe and Eric and the owner, Bobby Gale were EXTREMELY NICE and very accommodating. We are without a doubt Myrtle Beach Kia clients for many years to come. We went there because of our friends referrals and the referrals regarding their service department. THANK YOU MYRTLE BEACH KIA- you made purchasing a car an incredible experience. More

Excellent dealer experience The team at Myrtle Beach Kia are amazing. They work as a team to help each other and to help the customer find the vehicle they want and need. Wes lis The team at Myrtle Beach Kia are amazing. They work as a team to help each other and to help the customer find the vehicle they want and need. Wes listened to what we needed in a vehicle and what we wanted to go along with it. He let us know if he could provide us with that vehicle. He didn't try to sell us any other type to just make a sale. We sat down to crunch numbers that worked for us then we test drove a model with the same engine and sat in a different vehicle with the seats we asked for. Wes and Matt was very patient with us. Once we agreed on the vehicle then Matt took over and started searching for our vehicle. He found it 276 miles away. They provided us with a loaner Sorento and we left our vehicle there so nothing would happen to it until our vehicle arrived. This team is so awesome, they sent 2 drivers to go pick up our Kia Sorento and brought it back safe and sound. Again with a team effort they cleaned and shined our Sorento, boy did she shine from top to bottom. Our vehicle buying experience took us several days since our vehicle was not on the lot, each time we returned to the dealership we were greeted with smiling, friendly staff. And when Wes was with another customer they would try to help. It was very nice, they all made you feel very welcomed and not uncomfortable or pressured. It was the most relaxing vehicle buying experience we've ever had and we've been buying vehicles for approximately 30 years. If you are in the market for another vehicle, stop by and see what they can offer you, be honest with them and what you can afford and they will be honest with you and what they can do for you. Tim made our visit a very rewarding and satisfactory purchase sales of our KIA Soul. Again we went this year to purchase a car for our daughter and him and his brother Mike help my daughter to get a great used car and they made it possible for her to be able to afford the monthly payments.
