I bought a new kia sportage in 2022 sales and car i was very happy with but when i called for my first oil change i was told over a month form appointment had to go else where . second oil change could nev very happy with but when i called for my first oil change i was told over a month form appointment had to go else where . second oil change could never schedule no one answered my calls or e mails I just called recently to get price and schedule a service on my car left my phone number and email and guess what no call. but i get calls about buying anew car if they want my business they should make some adustments to service dept i ran a service business for 35 years first thing was to always return calls from every client no matter how small More

tis is my 8th Kia I have purchased from this dealership. & for me and 1 for my sister. I don't both shopping anywhere else. The KIA products are stylish and have never had a mechanical issue.
