In For Service - Out with 3rd KIA Soul We brought our 2014 KIA Soul in for its 30K service - and we knew our lease was about to expire in a couple of months. As always, Matt Gipe was profes We brought our 2014 KIA Soul in for its 30K service - and we knew our lease was about to expire in a couple of months. As always, Matt Gipe was professional and courteous, explaining what needed to be done, the cost and how long we would need to wait. After a few minutes in the customer lounge, Christian Threatt came in and introduced himself. We talked about the fact that the lease was about to expire, and he offered to show us our options - which were to buy out the Soul we had or get into a brand new lease on the 2017 Soul. Christian made us feel at ease and under no pressure as we explored these options, and we opted for the new lease. Long story short, we were able to get into the new Soul with affordable payments - and Christian patiently answered all of our questions. Robbie Gale handled the finance process at the end of the sale with professionalism and courtesy - and was very thorough with the details he provided for us. We drove away from Myrtle Beach KIA once again as happy customers. Thanks everybody for making us feel at home! More

Great experience! I was blown away by my experience at Myrtle Beach Kia yesterday, April the 14th. From the minute I walked into the beautifully tasteful and clean de I was blown away by my experience at Myrtle Beach Kia yesterday, April the 14th. From the minute I walked into the beautifully tasteful and clean dealership Christian made me feel comfortable and at home in an environment I'd otherwise be intimidated by. The vehicles were wonderfully displayed in a neat and orderly arrangement that was convenient for me to look at all of my options, and Christian made sure not to pressure me to consider any car that I didnt love. While I went in to check out the new Sorrento, the 2017 Kia Niro caught my eye on the lot immediately. Though Christian and the service team had prepared the Sorrento for me to test drive before I even arrived, they didn't mind allowing me to try out the Niro one bit and actually encouraged me to drive both cars and to go with the car that made me the happiest. I was amazed at how silent the engine was when I turned the Niro on, and that it is a crossover hybrid -- as I wasn't previously aware the Kia carried any, and I was delighted to learn this and to drive this car! After a very short time in the vehicle and discussing figures with Christian, I knew that I just HAD to have this car. Christian took care of all the paperwork in no time, surprised me with a better deal on my trade in than I'd have guessed, and had me back with Scott from finances who was very kind and explained everything to me thoroughly; I walked out of that office feeling confident in my decision. When everything was said and done Dan McColl, the general manager, came out of his office to personally congratulate me and ensure that everything I needed and wanted had been taken care of perfectly. As if all of this weren't enough to wrap up a great experience and happy moment, Christian went above and beyond to take me to meet the service manager, who I'll be seeing to service my new car in the future, and made sure that I was perfectly content while waiting for the Niro to be detailed and completely ready for me to drive off the lot. I pulled out of the Kia dealership feeling absolutely confident and ecstatic with my new car! I'd recommend Christian and the Myrtle Beach Kia to family, friends, and just about anyone! More
