Friendly, they work with you on a deal. I went to Kia to get my brother's oil changed. I knew I wanted a Kia SUV but had no intention of buying one yet. While waiting I decided to just look I went to Kia to get my brother's oil changed. I knew I wanted a Kia SUV but had no intention of buying one yet. While waiting I decided to just look at the SUV' s . Joe approach me and I let him know I had no intention of buying that day and he was he was fine with that. Joe showed and told me about the Kia without any pressure. I would recommend him to anyone that is interested in buying a Kia. Thanks Joe for not being one of those pressure sales person. More

To the Resue I just want to say how great this place is. The staff here are wonderful. I was traveling with my Mom & our car started to overheat. We pulled in here I just want to say how great this place is. The staff here are wonderful. I was traveling with my Mom & our car started to overheat. We pulled in here & Tim Jacks came to help!! We shut the car off & it wouldn't crank back up. Him & some others then pushed the car to a bay & said they would take a look at it. Any time we called him(Tim Jacks) he would talk to us. Tim Jacks also called around to find us a rental. They got the car fixed in a few days, & we were back on the road. Matt Gipe was the mechanic that fixed us right up. It didn't matter we didn't own a Kia, it didn't matter that we didn't buy a car from them. I greatly appreciate these guys & we will never forget them. Go see these guys & they will take care of you too. More
