Super customer service I went in for a 60000 mile service and left with a brand new kia sorento. Never was it my intention to buy a new car but i sure was curious but Joe co I went in for a 60000 mile service and left with a brand new kia sorento. Never was it my intention to buy a new car but i sure was curious but Joe convinced me to look at numbers. I love my new car and if it weren't for Joe Claudio working magic and wworking the numbers down with the manager Matt (who was also great) I wouldn't of gotten it for my budget. Joe Claudio heard what I said and got me what I wanted...Truly enjoyed working with Joe and Matt.. This is my second purchase with myrtle beach kia and I'd recommend anyone shopping for a car to see them. More

Painless , easy going, friendly , helpful I arrived at myrtle Kia and was quickly greeted with a friendly smile. The dealer I had an appointment with was busy with another customer but Wes wa I arrived at myrtle Kia and was quickly greeted with a friendly smile. The dealer I had an appointment with was busy with another customer but Wes was able to take care of me. He asked me a few questions about what I needed out of my car (first time buyer from a car dealer). Wes listen to everything I said and then we went out and looked at the cars and showed me the Kia Optima. Went for a test drive and I was sold on the car. Only issue was pricing and what I wanted my monthly payments to be. Wes must be a genie because he was able to get the price that I needed and the monthly payment I needed. I was sold on a Kia Optima going in to the dealer but Wes made the whole experience painless, easy-going, fun, and a delight. We became more friends than customer and salesman. I felt like I was in safe hands. I would highly recommend Myrtle Beach Kia to any of my family members.The other thing that sold me was I was driving a rental car that I had to drop off at the Myrtle Beach airport; Wes drove to the airport with me so I could drop off the rental car and then took me back to the dealer to pick up my brand new car.
