Great car, excellent service. I've driven an older model Kia for a very long time, and decided it was time to get into a newer model. I came to the lot and Tim greeted me and showe I've driven an older model Kia for a very long time, and decided it was time to get into a newer model. I came to the lot and Tim greeted me and showed me around. They didn't have what I was looking for there( I prefer manual transmission), but Tim and his manager looked around the area to see if they could find what I was looking for. They were able to find the perfect car for me. We worked out a satisfying deal, and they got the car delivered to me within two days. More

Painless Walking into the dealership, I knew what I wanted (per Consumer Reports,) what I wanted to pay(per USAA buying service.) Zack picked up on both immedi Walking into the dealership, I knew what I wanted (per Consumer Reports,) what I wanted to pay(per USAA buying service.) Zack picked up on both immediately..while sitting with me in a 2017 and suggested carbon copy 2016... we were DONE. Even the finance guy figured it out( albeit not quite as quickly) and was only minimally painful. Next morning drove the daughter and grandkids to Universal City, FL (Harry Potter, et.al. Land for long weekend. Thanks, ZACK and MB KIA...Looking forward to doing it again in 5 or 10 yrs when my 2003 pilot or 2006 tribute require replacing. Jim Davey More
