We often learn more about ourselves as employees and representatives for Kia from the more critical feedback than from the pleasant. It's never mine/our intention to be rude or misleading. Unfortunately due to the high demand for that specific vehicle, it was sold after we spoke. Given the high volume produced by our store and the large staff, sometimes this happens.
