An amazing experience! Recently I purchased a new Optima at Myrtle Beach Kia. I have to say that I never like buying a new car, the experience is usually like pulling teeth, Recently I purchased a new Optima at Myrtle Beach Kia. I have to say that I never like buying a new car, the experience is usually like pulling teeth, but the staff there made it easy and painless! Jim Malone was very polite, professional and never once made my wife and I feel pressured. He took the time to explain every step in the process and answered every one of my questions with ease. The sales managers were great and did all they could to get me into the car I wanted.
