Totally screwed me over! First off let me say that I had to raise cain to have the car I purchased fixed the way it should have been when I drove off with lot with it!!! That was the most painful, mentally draining process EVER!! This dealership should be put out of business for the way they treat women because undoubtedly they have a problem with women and I feel I was treated like a second class citizen because I am not a man!!!! Below is what I was encouraged to change my review to, so that the owners would be happy and I was happy to do so since they did fix my car and include an oil change that was needed but I did not ask for or give permission for. See what I was pressured to write below: After being very upset with the entire process of buying my vehicle, Dan the GM of Myrtle Beach Kia reached out to me and we spoke in depth as to what was bothering me. Not only did he fix everything, but he also surprised me with a much needed oil change. Dan is Awesome! Thanks!! The above paragraph I can saw now whole heartedly is a bunch of bull. Recently, my check engine light came on and my car was making knocking noises. Then the change oil soon lift came on. Yes it had been 3000 miles and it was time. Let me also state that this is a 2012 GMC and not a car that would burn through oil quickly. There are no leaks and no oil has been seen on the ground under my car. Needless to say I just checked my oil and it was BONE DRY! That means that KIA screwed me once again because I am a woman and they don't like working with women! When they did the oil change they did not put enough oil in it on PURPOSE so that they could ruin my engine and it almost happened, but they did not count on me being a college educated woman who grew up with a father that taught her about cars and what I needed to check on to make sure I didn't ever have problems. THANKS THANKS THANKS KIA for what you have done. You purposely tried to destroy my vehicle by almost destroying my engine. I will be in contact with an attorney on Monday. You cannot treat women like second class citizens. I am done! I will never change this review I did not deserve this type of treatment! You are all sexist and tried to screw me over, but you didn't WIN! NEVER AGAIN! I will go have an attorney handle this! You will never do this to another customer or another WOMAN! Dan McColl is a con artist, Terral is terrible in finance and should be fired and your high school sales person should find a new line of work! Oh and lets just make another statement here I notice that you only hire women for your administration! What does that really say about you!!!! More

I strolled into Myrtle Beach KIA and their he was The Man, The Myth, THE LEGEND Jim Malone greets me with the most upbeat positive and energetic character I have ever seen and at that moment I knew "yep i am going to be taken care of". I have family in car sales so I know what to look out for when it comes to salesman who try to pull you leg and lie, but Jim was upfront, blunt and legit from the beginning. Mike was a true professional in all the dealings I had with him including contacting me, explaining all the options we had on ways to make our deal and several trips to his manager to get us the best deal. During our test rides Mike was very knowledgeable of all the features and how to link our phones to all the options that are available. Very professional in introducing us to the Kia team and all there responsibilities.
