Best Experience To start with,this was the first car I've purchased in nearly 10 years. I was expecting a nightmare. After wandering around the lot for about 5 minute To start with,this was the first car I've purchased in nearly 10 years. I was expecting a nightmare. After wandering around the lot for about 5 minutes I was approached by a salesperson, Jim Malone. After the obligatory greeting I immediately got the feeling maybe this might no turn out to be the usual horrible experience and turns out it wasn't. Of course there was the usual back and forth with price and vehicles. In the end, Jim and I came to an amicable meeting of the minds and I unexpectedly left the proud owner of a snazzy 2014 Kia Optima ES with the premium package. I thought I would never say that the experience was actually fun. To top it off Jim followed us home to help deliver the new vehicle so that we could get both cars there. Jim was very professional with a knowledge of the vehicle we chose with no pressure (maybe a little) in our decision.
