Got the best deal on 2 cars So happy with our cars. Went in for service and came with a new car When I went in to Kia I was originally there to have my car serviced. While waiting, my son and I were walking around looking at the used cars. He had been in the market for a car and has been saving his money up. But, he never intended to buy car from a dealership because he was planning on paying for an older used car outright with cash for his very first car. I was actually approached by a couple salesman but told them we were really just walking around while my was being serviced. And that was the honest truth. When Marc approached we were just talking about how much my son really liked my car. He gave me a lot of information about some of the deals that we're going on but I wasn't really thinking about getting my son a car there. He was patient and said let me run some numbers for you. He really worked with me and my budget and not only got my son into a new car but also got me into a new car. Was never pushy and let me think about my decision so I was comfortable with my purchase. I had bought a Certified pre-owned Kia 3 years ago and have to say that I have always loved the service that I received there. Anytime I had taken my car in for service it was always quick, efficient and the staff is so friendly. So I'm glad to know that my son will be receiving the same experience. Walked in to have my car serviced and walked out with 2 brand new cars!! More

Best car dealer experience ever. I live 50 miles from the Kia dealership in Myrtle beach. I had heard good things about their professionalism and their no pressure sales force. I called and spoke to one of the managers named Dan. He was extremely informative so I thought it would be worth the trip. To say this was the most positive experience I have had with leasing would be an understatement. Dan welcomed me and had two of his salesforce show me the vehicle I was interested in. Tim and Mike were their names (last names below as well as Dan's and Terral's)and without any pressure they walked me though every detail of the Kia Sportage I was looking for. They were friendly and knew the vehicle through and through. If all sales persons were like theses young men I truly believe more people would enjoy the whole car dealing experience. Next stop the negotiations which I know we all hate. I came away very happy with my price and the whole experience. Final stage was Terral's the finace person. What a breeze that was. Summing up I don't think you could go wrong at this dealership if you are looking for a Kia. More

Uncooperative and Unreliable Dealership I bought a used certified vehicle from this dealership back in April and called back days later to request my spare keys that should have come with th I bought a used certified vehicle from this dealership back in April and called back days later to request my spare keys that should have come with the car, and I was told that someone would call me back, and I never got the call. Therefor I came into the dealership in person and spoke with the General Sales Manager and he assured me that the ZacK will contact the previous owner of the car and if not that a key will be cut in the place of my spare. Needless to say I never received a call from Zack, therefor I showed up again in person to inquire once again about the spare key. The General Sales Manager was out that day at a doctors' appt., and a nice young guy helped me out by taking me to his office and calling the previous owner whom admitted that he did not have the key in fact he insisted that he never received a a spare when the car was purchased new (if you can believe that). The nice young guy who helped me alerted Zack to my presence and Zack spoke to me to say that unfortunately a spare can not be given to me and that I should be able to go and have one made myself. Zack shooed me away by saying that he will call me and assure me that I can receive service for my car for the inconvenience . In fact Zack went as far as to stand in front of me and put my cell number into his phone as if he would send me a text as a reminder. Really Zack!!! More
