While walking the lot on a Tuesday morning just looking at the Kia Soul selection I encountered Eddie Gilbert, one of the top Reps at Myrtle Beach Ki While walking the lot on a Tuesday morning just looking at the Kia Soul selection I encountered Eddie Gilbert, one of the top Reps at Myrtle Beach Kia (I didn't know this at the time). Eddie asked me a few questions and we were off and running! His laid back style and personality was so refreshing compared to the salesmen I had talked to all week on various lots. After discussing my "must haves" he took all my criteria to the command central area inside the showroom and came back with a quote we could start with.....none of this "I have to ask my manager" and disappearing into an office somewhere. After test driving the car overnight I went back to seal the deal. It was Eddie's day off but he came into work to finish up with me and stayed with me for hours while they prepped the car so I could just drive off the lot. He taught me all about the features and functions and got all paperwork done in a very professional manner. All staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, friendly and the dealership had a great "vibe". They sold 11 cars that day - they rock! More
