Superb service I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Myrtle Beach Kia. My first contact was with Lou Gallitto. His handshake was firm and a big Italian sm I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Myrtle Beach Kia. My first contact was with Lou Gallitto. His handshake was firm and a big Italian smile. I was looking for. Pre owned car and a certain price range. He showed me the Nissan, talked about the features, took it for a test ride and went into the sales area and worked a good deal. The purchase was late on Saturday afternoon and it was agreed to pick it up on the following Monday. He had the car shining like brand new and he had a pin strip added that we talked about. Overall a great experience. After a few days of enjoying the car I had a problem. Not knowing about the keyless entry key fob, I left it in the car over night and it was determined that the car battery discharged and messed up the computer codes. Prior to knowing what was wrong I called service at Myrtle Beach Kia and spoke with Bradley Cooper. I told him the problem and did his best to find a solution over the phone. He even called the Nissan dealership and asked them to help. Nothing we tried worked. Without hesitation he had a tow truck come pick up the car to have the service department check it out. After resetting the codes and replacing the battery I was called to inform it was ready. They offered to have somebody pick me up and take me to get my car. They also re detailed the car. I met the service manager Jim DeHart and thanked him for providing top quality service. It appears I may have caused the problembut Myrtle Beach Kia took charge and made a happy customer even happier. I would highly recommend Myrtle Beach Kia for sales and service. I am loyal to Tim Bazinet I bought my car from Tim in 2014. My Dad was looking for a new car so we stopped by to see Tim last week. We were looking for something lower than I bought my car from Tim in 2014. My Dad was looking for a new car so we stopped by to see Tim last week. We were looking for something lower than the small SUV that he had but not something really low. The Kia Soul was the perfect car. Tim was great with my Dad. He explained everything to him and made him feel really comfortable. That was quite a feat. Tim is very patient and just knows what the client needs or wants. He pays attention to things like abilities, budget and use of vehicle. We will be buying all our future cars from Tim. He makes the entire car buying process less painful than it usually is. More
