My husband, who was dead set on keeping our "old faithful" Kia van, became interested after viewing the new vehicle. Originally, Mr. Aaron Clark spoke with my husband a while back so we asked for him in the showroom. He was at lunch, so Mr. Joel McGuire offered to help us until Aaron became available. He was very helpful and started the process. Mr. Matt Bazinet became involved in the discussion when we had further questions. We began to feel even more comfortable as Matt went into even more in-depth information about the van (especially since he himself drove one and showed us). After deliberation, of course, we felt that we would return to Kia and make a lease/purchase. We traded in "old faithful" and now drive a beautiful new van that we chauffeur our grandchildren in, make road trips with friends, and just enjoy the comfortableness of the space. Mr. Terral Altman was so professional and prompt in completing all necessary paperwork for the lease/purchase. Mr. Aaron Clark made sure all paperwork was done, had the van cleaned up, and filled the gas tank. All in all we have also been very happy with service at Myrtle Beach Kia, and now we have had first hand experience with the sales and management part of that establishment. It's a family-owned business, that makes you feel like they really want you to be happy with their people and your purchase. Bravo. More
