A satisfying experience. Errick was very helpful when was looking for a new car. My older car was also a Soul that was water logged and the engine has blown a cylinder. We discussed lease or own, after running some numbers, I choose lease. I never felt pressured as I have with other dealerships in the area. I felt very comfortable with my buying experience with Lou.
