He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He didn't pressure us to buy and answered any questions we needed to know. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Also, the General Sales Manager, Matt Bazinet was very friendly and courteous too. I love our new car and would recommend it to any of our friends. It rides great and worth the price. I bought the first one 5 years ago and had little problems with the KIA over 5 years. Truly, everything is warranted bumper to bumper 5 years or 60,000 miles. Everyone at this dealership is professional, smiling and treat you very professionally. They make you feel at ease when shopping for a car. My first car was a Sorento and so is my second vehicle. hey go out of their way to please you. I can't say enough about my salesman Eddie Gilbert. He spends all the time you need to make a decision. I bought my first vehicle from Matt Banizek who is now the sales manager. He assisted in closing the deal and remembered my wife and I. Also, Scott Raffensberger assisted with the finance. These are all great people who are still at the dealership 5 years later. Just a great family to be part of. The service center is the same. You are always treated with the upmost care. Great car buying experience! I was looking forward to getting a new car but always dread having to deal with a salesman. Both Dan and Rich were so easy to talk to and deal with, i I was looking forward to getting a new car but always dread having to deal with a salesman. Always a great experience! Not quite 3 years ago I leased a Kia Soul. It was getting close to the time when I was going to have to decide to keep it or turn it in. I had a few months left but wanted to start looking around at my options. My husband recently purchased a new car from KIA and loves it. I had my eye on a Jeep, but wanted to look at some used ones first. Since I knew I could not trade my lease at KIA for a Jeep, I thought I'd go check out the new Souls and other models first. It turns out that they had a used Jeep Cherokee on the lot. I bought it! Zack found us out on the lot and answered all my questions and concerns about a lease vs purchase. This guy is sharp! What he doesn't know to be fact, he will go find out the answer and not BS you. This is the third experience we've had with this dealership and will continue to buy here! Everyone we come in contact with there is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. This includes the service techs, sales reps, financial department and the GM. Thank You! More
