Our back window broke on the way down to Myrtle on a quick weekend trip. I called on the way down to see if there was anyway they could look at it on Saturday being that it was supposed to rain over th quick weekend trip. I called on the way down to see if there was anyway they could look at it on Saturday being that it was supposed to rain over the weekend. They told me they were completely booked but if I came in at opening they would try and see if they could do something. When I got there I seen Will Thibodeau, and although at that point appointments were already coming in he took a few minutes and got the window back up and secure. He didn't charge me and told me to get an appointment at our local dealership as soon as we got home. I'm so grateful he was so kind and went out of his way to help. I highly recommend! More

2016 Kia Soul my daughters car throw a rod (blown engine) Kia stood behind the warranty and replaced the engine. Will was great he explained the process and pushed the job through. me and my wife were looking for a new van and we were looking at all the makes and models, ran across the kia carnival and fell in love with it. now we wanted a certain model, and this was the Trickey ta looking at all the makes and models, ran across the kia carnival and fell in love with it. now we wanted a certain model, and this was the Trickey task we wanted the VIP seating and seemed to be a task to accomplish, well Joe Claudio at myrtle beach kia took extensive time to find the exact one we wanted, and he found it! I called numerous dealers via several states and got a run around, they wanted money down etc. Joe said no worries let me do what I need to do, and I will call you. he sure did! before that we wanted to test drive one, he drove to my job and we went on test drive with a base model just to see if we liked how, it drove and handled, that to me is a salesman doing everything to make a customer happy. he was on top with staying in contact with us and told us he found one and is having it delivered same color specs and package we wanted. we went to the dealer same day and signed the paperwork and left. he also came in on his day off to deliver the car! top notch!! More
