As is often the case when I enter a dealership, I refuse the typical deluge of feeble minded sales attempts, and demand to be left alone. However, on this occasion, I have to give this young man credit. I could see he was apprehensive about his required sales pitch, and even more nervous about wasting his time. I believe his name was Tim, and he was quite friendly, and even more gracious to my wishes of being left alone. He provided me with the features and benefits of the vehicle I have been researching, and offered intelligent, yet honest opinions.(probably to the detriment of his General Manager) His professionalism, courtesy, and product knowledge was refreshing and unobtrusive. Come to think of it, why isn't he the General Manager? He earned my trust, and my business. Well done More

We first bought a kia forte from him, then 5 months later bought a kia optimal from him and just Monday we traded the forte for a brand new optimal and still have the other optimal. We have done this all in 1 year. We will only buy a car from him he has been excellent. And always gave us a great deal and treated us right.
